How to reduce your time on social media

If one of your NY resolutions was to spend less time online, how is that going? Do you need a boost?

  • Turn off notifications so you don’t get distracted everytime something new is posted.
  • Delete mobile apps for social media sites, even if it’s only for a short period of time. It will cut the ease of use.
  • Be strict and give yourself check in times each day. Stick with them.
  • Bulk create content and conversation starters so you don’t have to dedicate large parts of your day to finding stuff to fill your feed. It’s a lot more efficient and means you aren’t spending time constantly trawling for inspiration.
