We’ve all been there, trying to focus on the TV when the anxiety hits. Going back over your day and chastising yourself for not doing something.

Stop. This is your time now.

  1. Leave your work at work. Write a to do list before you leave the office of tasks to finish tomorrow.
  2. Shut down your tech devices early. If you want your brain to switch off, switch off the screens too.
  3. Try aromatherapy. The power of scent is not to be sniffed at. Lavender is renowned for being a relaxing plant for a reason.
