Having a great new year

The start of the year is always a good time to assess the year ahead. And now we are a month in, it’s worth taking stock of where you are.

Check your intentions and resolutions, are they still holding fast, if not, what can you do to get them back on track?

Are you getting fit with a friend? How are you both doing? Are you still motivated? Take time to discuss what is working and what isn’t, to keep you on track to reach your fitness goal.

Relationships can struggle at the start of the year, so make sure you schedule regular ‘us’ time and check in with each other. Neither of you are mind readers.
