With us all leading busy lives these days we often spend devote little time to relaxation and this is having a negative impact on our health and wellbeing.
With this in mind, the UK charity Mind have outlined 8 easy relaxation tips that we can all follow to improve our health and wellbeing. These are:
- Take a break
- Try active relaxation
- Focus on breathing
- Get creative
- Spend time in nature
- Listen to music
- Do a tech check
- Picture yourself somewhere serene
