If you’ve got about 5 minutes to eat at a sit-down restaurant and escape to meet someone, then you might think it’s an almost impossible task.
But one neat little trick to speed up your meal is to simply order the check with your food.
Not only does this mean when the food comes out, you can leave as soon as you’ve eaten, but it also helps the server know that you might be a in a little bit of a hurry.
Just don’t forget to be polite as you do it, and tip if they accommodate your need for speed.
