Struggling with Loneliness?

The link between loneliness and depression is well known, as is the fact that writers spend a great deal of their days isolated; heads down and tapping in silence, or at least not surrounded by people and their distractions.

So it comes as a welcome relief to all writers, who might be struggling with loneliness and their mental health, that Indie press, Dodo Ink, will be publishing a “broad and fascinating” anthology of essays in January 2020.

The anthology of essays, entitled Trauma: Art as a response to mental health, will be written by a host of writers on mental health subjects including grief, insomnia, anxiety, schizophrenia, meditation, abusive relationships, work, postnatal depression, and the relationship between madness and creativity.
