Holster your hatred for Mondays and leap out of bed, full of vigour for the forthcoming week:
- Figure out what it is that instills such fear in you and from that make a change or come to terms with it.
- If getting up is preventing you from being a morning person, go to bed earlier or later. You could be getting too little or too much sleep. Or enquire at work about flexitime and start work later.
- Give yourself a weekend break. If you don’t give yourself a chance to rest, you could risk burnout.
