How to find Monday’s motivation

Holster your hatred for Mondays and leap out of bed, full of vigour for the forthcoming week:

  1. Figure out what it is that instills such fear in you and from that make a change or come to terms with it.
  2. If getting up is preventing you from being a morning person, go to bed earlier or later. You could be getting too little or too much sleep. Or enquire at work about flexitime and start work later.
  3. Give yourself a weekend break. If you don’t give yourself a chance to rest, you could risk burnout.
