The working girl’s detox breakfast

So many of us would love to stop the world and hop off in January, but sadly that isn’t possible for the vast majority of us.

So to try to mitigate against some of the damage caused by excess in December, start your day right with a hearty breakfast.

Combine ¼ cup oats, 2 tbsp quinoa flakes, ½ tsp coconut sugar, ½ tsp chia seeds, ½ tsp hemp seeds, ½ tsp flax seeds, pinch cinnamon, and salt.

Add ¾ cup of hot water, stir, and cover. Let sit for about 2 minutes.
