Food that boosts your productivity

We’ve all been there, staring at the clock and wondering how it can be showing 9.30am when we’ve been sitting behind our desk for what feels like hours.

Rather than mainline caffeine, try these foods instead:

1. Salmon. Fatty fishes are excellent for promoting productivity, and salmon is one of the best. Enjoy it in your lunch time sarnie or on a bed of leaves.

2. Berries. Snack on antioxidant-rich foods like berries which are excellent for increasing memory. The darker the berry, the higher the antioxidant property it has.

3. Dark chocolate. The magnesium in this sweet treat is a natural stress reliever.
