Don’ts on wearing contact lenses

According to the NHS, we contact lense wearers shouldn’t wear our lenses whilst showering or bathing.

We should also stop wearing our lenses whilst swimming or taking part in any form of water sports.

However, up to 30% of us pay no heed to the warning that the only solution that should come into contact with contact lenses, is the solution the optician provides.

Optegra, the eye care specialist, also said that a third of all contact wearers sleep with their lenses in and one fifth don’t wash their hands before handling the lenses.

All of these bad practices put our eye health in serious jeopardy.

Consider collective knuckles rapped.
