TRX training is as mad as it looks.
The trapeze-like design is reminiscent of a children’s playground, with straps hanging from the ceiling. The general idea is that one suspends oneself from these straps, and once airborne, undertakes a range of exercises that have been created to improve strength, balance and flexibility.
