Buy. Invest in a good changing table, one that you don’t have to bend over. You’ll be changing a lot of nappies, may as well make it a comfortable experience.
Beg. Always beg or borrow baby clothes. Babies grow so quickly, it doesn’t matter how cute the expensive outfit is, it’ll never get the wears required to justify its cost.
Borrow. You can never have enough muslins – for posset, spills, snot or other bodily fluids. These are worth their weight in gold.
