Haché started life back in 2004 as a family business run by Berry and Suzie Casey. Their desire was to create the true gourmet burger: unrivalled quality, great ingredients and supremely tasty. Our first site, a derelict former falafel house in Camden’s trendy Inverness Street, was given the signature Haché love and attention, and soon became a hit with the Camden cool clique, where the late, great, Amy Winehouse would regularly enjoy her favourite Steak Canadien.

We found ourselves to be rather popular – with everyone from Time Out to the Evening Standard to Paris’s Le Figaro falling head over heel for our burgers – and soon our single site turned into five, allowing us to bring our blend of Parisian chic, warm and cosy interiors and great burgers to some of London’s loveliest neighbourhoods.

In 2016 our family grew when Jamie Barber and Ed Standring of Hush bought the company and brought a bit of Mayfair sparkle to Haché as well as a re-invigorated mission: to reclaim burgers for grown-ups, within a buzzy, all-day setting. No “no reservations”; no “dirty burger”; no warehouse interiors: this is Haché, Burger Social.
